Pamper yourself with this luxury weekend of Landscape Photography. Just arrive at the location and the rest will be taken care of for you.
Our base for this workshop is the luxurious and modern Grand at Grasmere. With Sealy beds and ultramodern facilities, enjoy a restful nights sleep in preparation for the exciting day ahead. It is only 100 meters from the town's centre so there's plenty to do if your partner or family are joining you.
THE GRAND AT GRASMERE
In order to make best use of the weekend, the workshop uses the services of a talented local landscape photographer ( Alex Wrigley), who will plan the weekend to take you to the best locations to make best use of the weather. To add to your level of comfort you will be driven to the different locations during the day in a comfy mini van.
The itinerary is as follows

Friday 10th November: Arrive on Friday evening, check in, meet the group and a quick presentation.

Saturday 11th November: Breakfast, then we meet our guide and head out to a few locations, which will include lakes, waterfalls and a drive up the mountains to Wrynose and Hardknott pass for some stunning views ( https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/the-northerner/2014/jul/15/in-praise-of-britains-two-most-outrageous-roads-wrynose-and-hardknott-passes). We finish the evening by visiting a cave to push your limits being creative with evening light coming into the cave and using additional lighting ( all supplied ). This is a unique experience and this is the only workshop to offer this level of creativity with nature.

Sunday 12th November: Breakfast and then we visit a few secret locations and you get to practice your skills learnt the previous day. We then head back to the hotel mid afternoon for a photoshop session.

We will finish at around 17h00 on Sunday, but if clients wish to stay for an additional night for a relaxed evening this can be arranged.
The price excludes dinner so to not limit your choice of excellent dinning opportunities available between the superb restaurant at the hotel and the many wonderful dinning experiences in the Grasmere village centre which is only 100m away.
